Cairo & Giza: Delivery within 24 hours.

Alexandria, Canal Cities & Delta: Delivery within 48 hours.

Delivery times may vary during high-volume periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

🔍 Order Inspection

Order inspection is allowed upon delivery.

If the order is refused after inspection, the customer is responsible for shipping fees.

🔁 Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and original packaging intact.

One exchange only is allowed per order.

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping fees.

↩️ Returns

Returns are allowed within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Items must be unused and in their original condition.

In case of a return, shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
